About this video

Overstimulation, Nervous System & Conscious Presence
How People Find Their Inner Clarity Again

More and more people are experiencing inner unrest, emotional exhaustion, and the feeling of being permanently under tension.
Too many stimuli.
Too many thoughts.
Too little real rest.

But what actually happens in a person when the nervous system remains in a state of alarm permanently?
How do thoughts influence our feelings – and how do feelings, in turn, influence our actions?

In this broadcast, we will talk about:
– overstimulation and chronic stress
– hypnosystemic perspectives
– nervous system regulation
– body awareness and presence
– thoughts, feelings, and behavior
– self-efficacy and conscious change

A central thought of the broadcast is:
“Those who are afraid have a future.”

For fear often arises from inner images, expectations, and projections.
And it is precisely there that the possibility of new perception begins.

We also open the question:
Is the goal really the most important thing – or does the actual change lie in the conscious experience of the path?

Over 30 years ago, my master trainer asked me a question that has deeply shaped my life:
“What is more important – the goal or the path?”

This question has accompanied me to this day.

Together with the viewers, we will also experience a guided hypno-meditation in the broadcast – as an invitation to conscious breathing, inner calm, and deeper self-awareness.
Another thought that deeply moves me in this context is the question of collective presence and shared attention.

For many years, there have been research spaces and discussions around the effects of shared focused attention, meditation, and inner coherence on social dynamics.
Among other things, studies have become known in which groups of people consciously entered states of calm, presence, and inner concentration. Some of these studies described interesting changes in the social environment, such as in the area of stress or violence statistics. These results are still controversially discussed today and are simultaneously regarded by many as an inspiring research impulse.

That is precisely why I believe:
The more people dive into conscious presence together live, the stronger the feeling of connection, calm, and shared alignment will be.

Perhaps therein lies an important reminder of our time:
That people influence each other —
through language, attention, posture, and presence.

The broadcast is therefore intended to be not just a conversation,
but a shared experiential space.

A space,
where people can step out of constant stimulation for a moment,
breathe consciously,
pause
and allow themselves to perceive themselves again.
For sometimes change begins precisely there,
where people learn again,
to consciously perceive themselves.
