When Injustice Becomes Justice – My Fight Against Inheritance Fraud and the Violent Eviction
Introduction: On August 2, I want to talk to you about an experience that shows how quickly one can lose everything in this system – not because one made a mistake, but because fraud is simply ignored by all instances. It is about the loss of my home, my inheritance, and the destruction of my mother’s last wishes.
The Core of the Story: For years, I dedicated myself fully to caring for my mother and her house. I was there for her, organized her care, and did everything for her preservation. My mother recognized this and acknowledged me in her will. But only two months after her death, a real campaign of destruction began: With the claim that our mother was no longer capable of making decisions when the will was created, an inheritance certificate was obtained through deceit.
This fraud was the foundation for everything that followed. Although I was the rightful heir, executor of the will, and entitled to more, this lie became the basis for courts and lawyers to push me out of my own life.
The Violent Eviction: The absolute low point occurred in February. Imagine: It is raining, it is cold, and suddenly eight armed police officers are standing in your hallway. Together with an illegally operating bailiff, I was violently thrown out of my parental home – the place I had cared for for years.
I stood on the street, in the cold rain, with barely more than my most essential belongings. As I stood there in disbelief, I watched the opposing side triumphantly march into the house. That I was thereby forced into homelessness did not concern anyone – neither the mayor nor the involved authorities.
The Scandal of Ignorance: The worst part of this whole story is not just the act itself, but the systematic ignorance. I pointed out the fraud regarding the inheritance certificate in all instances. I presented evidence, completely ignored the multiple perjury of the opposing side, and unlawful arrest warrants were issued against me, just to silence me.
Instead of seeking the truth, the so-called courts – which today act more like companies – simply “swept” this fraud under the rug. True facts were suppressed, my national and international legal titles were ignored, my mother’s dignity was trampled, and I was criminalized as the one who simply wanted to execute my mother’s will.
I tell my story at OKiTALK because it is important for people to understand: This is not about a simple inheritance dispute. It is about a form of organized plundering, where fundamental human rights are disregarded. How can it be that in this country, an obvious fraud is enough to throw someone out of their property with armed force and leave them homeless on the street?
I look forward to exchanging ideas with you and shedding light on these dark machinations.
