….sometimes we find something that fascinates and excites us, and then it turns out to be challenging at first, and not as easy as imagined when we finally try it. Do you know that too?

Our guest, pioneer Karina Gerzabek, knows this all too well. Already as a child, she was fascinated by nature and what we can create with our hands. Through trying out in doing and a trip to New Zealand with her parents when she was nine years old, she discovered her passion — flat band weaving in Maori tradition.
Only the beginning was much more challenging than expected…

We talk about what can emerge when we are allowed to try, trust our hands and our hearts, and stay with it, even when it gets more difficult.
