About this video
How often does a person have to start anew to arrive at themselves?
Dr. Kascha Brigitte Lippert does not know this question from books, but from her own life. As a veterinarian, her path in science began, followed by fifteen years abroad, numerous coaching trainings, profound breaks and new beginnings, and the realization that true change begins within.
From this emerged RECODE, a coaching approach with which she today accompanies entrepreneurs, executives, and people with high responsibility in freeing themselves from old conditioning, toxic dynamics, and unconscious patterns to find inner freedom.
The conversation revolves around the question of why we often lead a life that does not feel like our own, how early experiences shape our current decisions, why we repeatedly fall into similar patterns, and above all, how real change becomes possible, regardless of age or past.
An interview about courage, detours, self-leadership, inner freedom, and the decision to rewrite one’s own life, no matter how late it seems.
