What has really been important this week – and what does it mean for us humans?
With “Thinking Further About the Week”, OKiTALK is launching a new weekly format.
We address selected developments from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Europe, Paraguay, South America, and the world – and take a step further than the daily headline.
What has actually happened? What connections are recognizable? What effects can political, economic, social, or technological decisions have on our lives? And what side effects may only become visible later?
In doing so, we do not only want to describe problems.
We also ask: What can we learn from this? Where are new opportunities arising? Which people, projects, and ideas are already showing today that other paths are possible?
Politics and economics are part of it – just like society, health, environment, science, technology, culture, and quality of life.
OKiTALK does not want to impose ready-made truths or amplify fear. We want to inform, consider different perspectives, make connections more understandable, and encourage independent thinking and discussion.
And we will consciously also show what is going well and what gives courage.
From week to week, we will stay on important developments:
What has changed?
What has become of a topic?
What new insights are there?
And where can concrete opportunities arise from insights?
This creates a continuous observation of our time – critical, open, and solution-oriented.
