In this conversation on August 26, our studio guests from Dubai, Colombia, Mexico, Austria, and Switzerland come together to discuss the significance of the “World Frequency Day” organized by the Frequency School.

The “World Frequency Day” is a globally synchronized moment in which people around the globe – across time zones, cultures, and communities – come together on November 11 (at 11:11 AM or PM local time). More than 100 individual satellite events are planned worldwide.

It is a global wave of resonance. An opportunity to come together in unity, presence, and harmony.

The number sequence 1111 stands for manifestation, synchronicity, intuition, spiritual awakening, and unity.

We live in a time when mental health is under pressure worldwide.

The “World Frequency Day” raises awareness for emotional well-being and mobilizes corresponding action – particularly in favor of disadvantaged youth, who often lack the means to regulate their nervous system.

We are convinced that everything is based on frequencies – from the heartbeat to brain waves. Heart-brain coherence is a measurable physiological state in which the heart, mind, and emotions are energetically aligned and synchronized. It brings the autonomic nervous system into balance.

In our upcoming conversation (in English/German), we will discuss the “World Frequency Day” and why so many people support this movement. What do frequencies mean for the individual, and what do the studio guests have planned for this day? Why does music bring us together?
