Article 15 of the Basic Law: “Land and soil, natural resources, and means of production can be transferred to communal ownership or other forms of the common economy for the purpose of socialization through a law that regulates the type and extent of compensation. Article 14 paragraph 3 sentences 3 and 4 apply accordingly to compensation.”
I am not only discussing the election results in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Berlin, where the SED became the strongest party, but also the little-known Article 15 of the Basic Law, which shows: The socialist social order was written into the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany from the very beginning as a possibility! We urgently need a constitution, and it must be a liberal one!
