Introduction: On August 2, I want to talk to you about an experience that shows how quickly one can lose everything in this system \u2013 not because one made a mistake, but because fraud is simply ignored across all instances. The Core of the Story: For years, I devoted myself entirely to caring for my mother and her house. I was there for her, organized the care, and did everything for her preservation. My mother recognized this and acknowledged me in her will. But only two months after her death, a real campaign of destruction began: With the claim that our mother was no longer capable of making decisions at the time of the will’s creation, an inheritance certificate was fraudulently obtained.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


This fraud was the foundation for everything that followed. Although I was the rightful heir, executor, and entitled to more, this lie became the basis for courts and lawyers to push me out of my own life.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stood on the street, in the cold rain, with little more than my most essential belongings. As I stood there in disbelief, I watched as the opposing side triumphantly marched into the house. That I was forced into homelessness did not concern anyone \u2013 neither the mayor nor the involved authorities.<\/strong>
The Scandal of Ignorance: The worst part of this whole story is not just the act itself, but the systematic ignorance. I pointed out the fraud regarding the inheritance certificate at all levels. I presented evidence, completely ignored the multiple perjury of the opposing side, and unlawful arrest warrants were issued against me, just to silence me.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Instead of seeking the truth, the so-called courts \u2013 which today act more like companies \u2013 simply \u201cswept\u201d this fraud under the rug. Einleitung: Am 2. August m\u00f6chte ich mit euch \u00fcber eine Erfahrung sprechen, die zeigt, wie schnell man in diesem System alles verlieren kann \u2013 nicht weil man einen Fehler gemacht hat, sondern weil Betrug durch alle Instanzen hinweg einfach ignoriert wird. Es geht um den Verlust meines Zuhauses, meines Erbes und um die Zerst\u00f6rung der letzten W\u00fcnsche meiner Mutter.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Der Kern der Geschichte: Jahrelang habe ich mich mit voller Hingabe um meine Mutter und ihr Haus gek\u00fcmmert. Ich war f\u00fcr sie da, habe die Pflege organisiert und alles f\u00fcr ihren Erhalt getan. Meine Mutter hat das erkannt und mich in ihrem Testament gew\u00fcrdigt. Doch nur zwei Monate nach ihrem Tod begann ein regelrechter Vernichtungsfeldzug: Mit der Behauptung, unsere Mutter sei bei der Testamentserstellung nicht mehr gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00e4hig gewesen, wurde ein Erbschein erschlichen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Dieser Betrug war der Grundstein f\u00fcr alles, was folgte. Obwohl ich der rechtm\u00e4\u00dfige Erbe, Testamentsvollstrecker und zu mehr bedacht war, wurde diese L\u00fcge zur Grundlage f\u00fcr Gerichte und Anw\u00e4lte, um mich aus meinem eigenen Leben zu dr\u00e4ngen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Die gewaltsame R\u00e4umung: Der absolute Tiefpunkt ereignete sich im Februar. Stellen Sie sich vor: Es regnet, es ist kalt, und pl\u00f6tzlich stehen acht bewaffnete Polizisten in Ihrem Flur. Der Skandal der Ignoranz: Das Schlimmste an dieser ganzen Geschichte ist nicht nur die Tat an sich, sondern die systematische Ignoranz. Ich habe in allen Instanzen auf den Betrug beim Erbschein hingewiesen. Ich habe Beweise vorgelegt, der mehrfache Meineid der Gegenseite v\u00f6llig ignoriert, und es wurden rechtswidrige Haftbefehle gegen mich erwirkt, nur um mich mundtot zu machen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Anstatt nach der Wahrheit zu suchen, haben die sogenannten Gerichte \u2013 die heute eher wie Firmen agieren \u2013 diesen Betrug einfach \u201everwischt\u201c. Wahre Tatsachen wurden unterdr\u00fcckt, meine nationalen und internationalen Rechtstitel ignoriert, die W\u00fcrde meiner Mutter wurde mit F\u00fc\u00dfen getreten, und ich wurde als derjenige kriminalisiert, der das Testament meiner Mutter einfach nur vollstrecken wollte.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Ich erz\u00e4hle meine Geschichte bei OKiTALK, weil es wichtig ist, dass die Menschen verstehen: Hier geht es nicht um einen simplen Erbschaftsstreit. Junto con una ejecutora de la corte que actuaba ilegalmente, fui expulsado con violencia de la casa de mis padres \u2013 el lugar por el que he cuidado durante a\u00f1os.<\/strong>
Me encontr\u00e9 en la calle, bajo la fr\u00eda lluvia, con apenas mis pertenencias m\u00e1s necesarias. Mientras estaba all\u00ed at\u00f3nito, observ\u00e9 c\u00f3mo la parte contraria entraba triunfante en la casa. Que esto me haya llevado a la indigencia no le import\u00f3 a nadie \u2013 ni al alcalde ni a las autoridades involucradas.<\/strong>
El esc\u00e1ndalo de la ignorancia: Lo peor de toda esta historia no es solo el acto en s\u00ed, sino la ignorancia sistem\u00e1tica. He se\u00f1alado el fraude en el certificado de herencia en todas las instancias. He presentado pruebas, se ha ignorado el perjurio m\u00faltiple de la parte contraria, y se han emitido \u00f3rdenes de arresto ilegales en mi contra, solo para silenciarme.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
