The idea of free and affordable living & traveling in the sense of the triple good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haven’t you often wondered how you can change your life so that everything feels coherent?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Often it is not the small things that make us ponder, but the fundamental questions: Where do you currently stand \u2013 and where do you really want to go?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have often asked myself these questions in my life. Since I moved frequently, I long did not feel truly arrived. It was more as if I was being “called” to certain places, to act there and move on as soon as my task was fulfilled. As a nomad, I moved from place to place, from one district to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this journey, I began to recognize<\/strong> what truly shapes places \u2013 and what changes them. The palpable energy of a place became particularly clear to me. With the number and especially the quality of people<\/strong>, this energy also changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the constant moving on, a desire arose in me to create a place with which I feel connected in the long term \u2013 a place that truly feels like “being one.” This also developed into the idea of affordable living<\/strong>. Because in today’s time, ownership<\/strong> is tied to many conditions and often offers little real scope for design. It is precisely in this that I saw the approach to develop a sustainable and future-proof solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Especially in times of great upheaval<\/strong> and growing uncertainties, it becomes increasingly important to create places where people come together, take responsibility, and build stability together<\/strong> \u2013 even when it gets stormy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Idee des freien und finanzierbaren Wohnens & Reisens im Sinne des Dreifachen Wohls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hast du dich nicht auch schon \u00f6fter gefragt, wie du dein Leben so ver\u00e4ndern kannst, dass sich alles stimmig anf\u00fchlt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Oft sind es nicht die Kleinigkeiten, die uns ins Gr\u00fcbeln bringen, sondern die grundlegenden Fragen: Wo stehst du aktuell \u2013 und wo m\u00f6chtest du wirklich hin?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe mir diese Fragen in meinem Leben oft gestellt. Da ich h\u00e4ufig umgezogen bin, hatte ich lange nicht das Gef\u00fchl, wirklich angekommen zu sein. Es war eher so, als w\u00fcrde ich an bestimmte Orte \u201egerufen\u201c werden, dort wirken und weiterziehen, sobald meine Aufgabe erf\u00fcllt war. Als Nomade bewegte ich mich von Ort zu Ort, von einem Stadtteil zum n\u00e4chsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf dieser Reise habe ich begonnen zu erkennen, <\/strong>was Orte wirklich pr\u00e4gt \u2013 und was sie ver\u00e4ndert. Besonders deutlich wurde f\u00fcr mich die sp\u00fcrbare Energie eines Ortes. Mit der Anzahl und vor allem der Qualit\u00e4t der Menschen<\/strong> ver\u00e4ndert sich auch diese Energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durch das st\u00e4ndige Weiterziehen entstand in mir der Wunsch, einen Ort zu schaffen, mit dem ich mich langfristig verbunden f\u00fchle \u2013 einen Ort, der sich wirklich nach \u201eeins sein\u201c anf\u00fchlt. Daraus entwickelte sich auch die Idee des leistbaren Wohnens<\/strong>. Denn in der heutigen Zeit ist Eigentum <\/strong>an viele Auflagen gebunden und bietet oft nur wenig echten Gestaltungsspielraum. Genau darin habe ich den Ansatz gesehen, eine nachhaltige und zukunftsf\u00e4hige L\u00f6sung <\/strong>zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerade in Zeiten gro\u00dfer Umbr\u00fcche <\/strong>und wachsender Unsicherheiten wird es immer wichtiger, Orte zu schaffen, an denen Menschen zusammenkommen, Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen und gemeinsam Stabilit\u00e4t aufbauen <\/strong>\u2013 auch wenn es st\u00fcrmisch wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La idea de vivir y viajar de forma libre y asequible en el sentido del triple bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfNo te has preguntado tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s de una vez c\u00f3mo puedes cambiar tu vida para que todo se sienta en armon\u00eda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A menudo no son las peque\u00f1as cosas las que nos hacen reflexionar, sino las preguntas fundamentales: \u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1s actualmente \u2013 y a d\u00f3nde realmente quieres ir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me he hecho estas preguntas a menudo en mi vida. Como me he mudado con frecuencia, durante mucho tiempo no sent\u00ed que realmente hubiera llegado a un lugar. Era m\u00e1s como si fuera \"llamado\" a ciertos lugares, all\u00ed actuar y seguir adelante una vez que mi tarea estuviera cumplida. Como n\u00f3mada, me mov\u00eda de un lugar a otro, de un barrio a otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este viaje comenc\u00e9 a reconocer<\/strong> lo que realmente da forma a los lugares \u2013 y lo que los cambia. Me di cuenta especialmente de la energ\u00eda palpable de un lugar. Con la cantidad y, sobre todo, la calidad de las personas<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n cambia esta energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a la constante movilidad, surgi\u00f3 en m\u00ed el deseo de crear un lugar con el que me sienta conectado a largo plazo \u2013 un lugar que realmente se sienta como \"ser uno\". De esto tambi\u00e9n se desarroll\u00f3 la idea de vivir asequible<\/strong>. Porque en la actualidad, la propiedad<\/strong> est\u00e1 sujeta a muchas condiciones y a menudo ofrece poco margen real de maniobra. Precisamente en esto vi el enfoque para desarrollar una soluci\u00f3n<\/strong> sostenible y viable para el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particularmente en tiempos de grandes cambios<\/strong> y creciente incertidumbre, se vuelve cada vez m\u00e1s importante crear lugares donde las personas se re\u00fanan, asuman responsabilidades y construyan estabilidad juntas<\/strong> \u2013 incluso cuando las cosas se vuelven turbulentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
