In our modern times, this has been forgotten. Yet without our roots, we have no firm hold in our lives. It is also important for us today to establish the connection to our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. I would like to discuss this in this broadcast with Oliver Kloth. He runs the channel: \u201cActing from the Heart\u201d as well as the channel: \u201cLife of Our Ancestors.\u201d Oliver says about working with the ancestors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cOnly when I know where I come from, do I know who I am. En nuestra \u00e9poca moderna, esto ha ca\u00eddo en el olvido. Sin embargo, sin nuestras ra\u00edces no tenemos un apoyo firme en nuestra vida. Tambi\u00e9n es importante para nosotros hoy establecer la conexi\u00f3n con nuestros padres, abuelos y bisabuelos.
