Do you sometimes wish for more closeness with your fellow humans? More real connection, even when things are not going well? This also includes being able to express your feelings freely, without feeling like you are burdening others?

With Authentic Relating, you can learn and practice this playfully. Small gestures, formulations, a feeling into yourself at the right moment can help a lot to experience togetherness more warmly, with more compassion and closeness, to make ourselves more understandable, and ultimately to share compassion with others.

Two wonderful women who have been practicing this in groups for many years, have learned internationally, and are now bringing it to the German-speaking area, will give you a lively insight.
