Do you sometimes wish for more closeness with your fellow human beings? More real connection, even when one is not feeling well? This also includes being able to express one’s feelings freely without feeling like it burdens others?
With Authentic Relating, you can learn and practice this playfully. Small gestures, formulations, a feeling into yourself at the right moment can help a lot to make the togetherness feel warmer, more compassionate, and closer, to make ourselves more understandable, and ultimately to share compassion with others.
Two wonderful women who have been training this in groups for many years, learned internationally, and are now bringing it to the German-speaking area, will give you a lively insight.
