In this hour, two experts for community-supported legal forms meet: Thomas Hann and Gunter Kramp. They enter into a joint discourse and answer questions such as: When is an association better, when is a cooperative? What structures allow us to shape, decide, and finance organizations together? How can we utilize niches in the current legal system and build structures that already have viable foundations for the New? Thomas Hann
Thomas Hann develops regenerative business models for decentralized change.
He is a convinced cooperative member and advises communities, companies, and municipalities in their reorientation towards more human and ecological values. He sees himself as an impulse giver and ambassador for more liveliness and a meaning-linked reorientation of the economy. Gunter Kramp
Gunter Kramp, born in 1972, mechanical engineer, commune member in the commune of Niederkaufungen, and consultant for community-supported enterprises. Socialized in the youth environmental movement and in the anti-nuclear movement. Co-founder of the SoLaWi Marburg.
Consultant for housing projects and SoLaWis. Co-founder of the Ackersyndikat, a sister organization of the Mietshäusersyndikat, which transfers its proven concept to agricultural properties. Member of the Commons Institute and researcher on what a post-capitalist society could look like. Occasionally, he is an author on www.keimform.de
