### Out of Stress – into Calm and Regeneration
What if two small pyramids could help change the energetic properties of an entire room?
This exact idea is behind the PHEM Pyramids developed by Ara.Maat Johannes Schlederer.
The special feature: Two pyramids, each measuring 23 × 23 × 14.7 cm, are placed on opposite sides of a house or apartment so that their tips point towards each other – as if the pyramids are “looking at” each other.
Each PHEM Pyramid contains a specially integrated crystal. According to the PHEM concept, the interplay of pyramid geometry, crystal, and the special arrangement of the two pyramids is supposed to create an energetic field in the space in between.
The idea behind it:
Out of Stress – into Calm, Regeneration, and Well-Being.
But can a change also be measured?
This question has been investigated in several studies. Among other things, the heart rate variability (HRV) of 30 subjects was examined – a measurement method that can provide insights into the regulation of the autonomic nervous system. Phases without pyramids were compared with a 30-minute phase under the influence of the PHEM Pyramids.
Further studies dealt with changes in measurement values in the room, observations using dark field microscopy, and special experiences with humans and animals.
What do these measurements and observations actually show?
Can the PHEM Pyramids support an environment in which people can more easily find calm?
What role do the autonomic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system play – that part of our nervous system associated with relaxation, recovery, and regeneration?
This is what the developer of the PHEM Pyramids talks about:
