This topic is important for all people, whether normally sensitive, highly sensitive, or somewhere in between.
I will present scientific studies, personal experiences, and results from my own survey this evening. And above all, what triggers stress in highly sensitive people, why is the threshold for stress lower, and what can highly sensitive people do to reduce their stress levels.
And why is it so important for normally sensitive people to be informed about this topic?
It will be an exciting evening and perhaps there will be one or two practical simple exercises to help reduce stress.
