About this video

How can a happy partnership succeed?

Often, at the beginning of relationships, everything is seen through rose-colored glasses. We all know that this does not last. But what to do when the rose-colored glasses gradually disappear? Or when everything has long since settled into a routine?

Steffen reveals some wisdom that one should know so that a budding relationship can become a deep one and how long-term relationships can remain fulfilling. The partner does not have the obligation to make us happy – we are responsible for that ourselves. Then, unconditional love is possible.

What we often overlook or do not want to see: Our partner often triggers us in old wounds. If no solution is found here, it often leads to the end of a togetherness. The feelings of distrust, fear, fear of loss, existential fear, neglect, avoidance, shame, and neediness we usually bring from our childhood. There are many techniques for healing, such as Inner Child Work, the 5:1 rule from Gottman’s Love Lab, spending projects and time together but also alone, and above all, the right communication and exchange about one’s own needs.

In this masterclass, the wonderful Steffen Lohrer tells us how to live unconditional love in relationships and how a happy partnership can succeed. That true love can arise within us independently of the partner and what a partnership REALLY serves.
