I want to preserve my piece of jungle, which hosts plants and animals that are endangered, beyond my death in the form of, for example, educational trails and bird watching.

Since it has already been proposed to take it from me as unused land multiple times, I came up with the idea of using it for tourism; otherwise, it would serve as agricultural land and be deforested.

Additionally, I would like to offer horse-drawn carriage rides, horseback riding, vehicle and motorcycle rentals, excursions to the nearby Ybyturuzu mountains, where there are several waterfalls, and to the surrounding area. Furthermore, I can provide a Dobson and a regular telescope for star enthusiasts who are interested in the southern sky, which is particularly impressive here, far from light pollution.

At the moment, I am still working on expanding the infrastructure, which is to include a campsite, cabins, and a pool, as I only have a small swimming lake and a small waterfall 200m away.
I would be very happy to have collaborators, as I am 62 years old and time is running out for me.
