How does this change my perception of reality?
Why is it so difficult to integrate uncomfortable facts into the worldview?
* What happens when we get angry or even argue?
* How do these unpleasant feelings arise?
* What helps to recognize these states, and thus to reduce them?
Together we will develop an understanding of how our body system deals with external stimuli, and sometimes overreacts. We learn to recognize these overreactions, and thus also solutions to end any argument – because arguing always involves two parties.
* Why is an argument so important to those involved, while it often appears childish from the outside?
We learn to understand our autonomic nervous system, and to recognize and influence previously unconscious reactions and behaviors. Accompanied by modern research on filter bubbles, unnatural dopamine and violence stimuli, and even an addiction to negative feelings, we take the path to less anger and harmonious relationships.
* Why is it so difficult for us humans to adjust our worldview to reality?
This concerns the unconscious body intelligence, which values uncomfortable information as a life-threatening attack. Effective methods help us to recognize and influence this mostly unconscious process over time.
