About this video
Our nutrition, our responsibility
After the first broadcast, one central insight remains:
It is not just about contracts, markets, or numbers.
It is about our daily food – and thus about our life.
What ends up on our plates is the result of political decisions, economic interests, and the societal priorities and consciousness of producers and consumers.
But food is not a commodity like any other.
It is the basis of health, culture, community, and future.
More and more people feel:
“Cheap” often means low quality,
“efficient” often means distant from nature,
and “profitable” not infrequently ends in reduction of life.
We present an alternative perspective:
natural agriculture, holistically integrated into the region
biodiversity and seed preservation
knowledge that is new – and at the same time ancient
the knowledge of our grandparents transferred to our time:
to create and maintain soil life instead of exhausting it.
Variety instead of monoculture.
Quality over quantity
These existences – those of farmers, nature, and the regional economy – must become visible, audible, and worthy of protection again.
Not as nostalgia, but as a viable model for the future.
At the same time, there needs to be a genuine democratic discourse and an awareness, as well as a personal connection to the topic:
Pros and cons.
Transparency instead of lobbying.
Politics bears responsibility:
for healthy food
for fair prices – for producers and consumers
for jobs that promote life
for framework conditions that do not destroy but preserve
If it is only about money, we lose more than markets.
We lose sovereignty, health, and trust.
This broadcast invites reflection and implementation, –
not against something, but for life and the enhancement of life.
