Dr.-Ing. Anke Schmietainski
Anke Schmietainski studied information technology and communication technology.
She was the founder and, until the sale of her shares, managing director of a medical marketing agency for 20 years.
She has successfully supported many practice foundations and guided therapists into their calling. As a trainer and coach, she loves to empower individuals and teams.

Vision Gesundheit – Instigators for Houses of Healing – accompanies initiatives in the founding process from the first idea to ongoing operations with much experience and a lot of heart.
This includes steps such as vision finding, values and mission statement work, economic analyses, organizational development towards self-managed organizations, and support for construction measures.
