The 2-Hours-per-Day System

Imagine you would receive 1200,- euros and what would be expected of you is,

– that you do something for your physical-mental-spiritual balance for two hours a day, which you can choose freely and that suits you (this can be a spiritual practice like yoga, meditation, prayer, reading the Bible, Qi Gong, walking in nature, or something else that is good for your soul),

– that you would engage in a productive activity for one and a half to two hours a day, five days a week, which you can select from a pool of activities, unless you are already doing something creative, artistic, or healing, which would also count,

– that you take time to eat healthily and prepare your food fresh, which usually also takes about two hours a day,

– that you are also willing to help others in need, such as elderly people, disabled individuals, sick people, or children

And otherwise can do what you want …

Would that appeal to you – in contrast to a four or eight-hour workday or being a recipient of social benefits or a self-employment where you first have to earn 1200,- euros a month?

Because I have lived outside the conventional system for nine years (one year without money and many years with an average of 150,- euros a month) and during that time I thought about what an optimal life would look like for me – and this is what came out of it.
