As a little girl, I always wondered if what we are told in school and the media is really true. I felt much more comfortable observing plants and animals, clouds and people, listening to the winds and waters.

After studying directing, drama, theater science, psychology, and journalism, and having a career as an advertising film director and speaker, my inner call for the meaning of my existence began to grow louder—until I could no longer ignore it. I set out on a journey around the world with my then small son Moritz to ask scientists, spiritual teachers, and visionaries what prevents us from living a paradise on earth and how we can remember our potential again.

Fascinated by the wonder of life, I have also absorbed the content of a permaculture training, and both Moritz and I are certified kinesiologists. I am so grateful to be able to act here on earth in a body, to explore it with my senses, to walk barefoot on the humus, in the meadows, and through forests, to soak in the scents of flowers, ripe fruits, or the forest floor after the rain. To wander through streams, to play with waves. To climb summer or snow-covered mountains. To feel the sun rays on my skin. To be with truly loving people. To sail. To dance. To be able to make an impact.

I live with my family in the Vienna Woods in Austria.
