The Okitalk community has grown quite a bit in recent years on one hand, but on the other hand, it is still quite small. If someone really gets lost on Telegram and asks me about my old chakra meditation, I think there might be others out there who are interested in it. Therefore, here is a small video series that I recorded a very long time ago, actually only because my inner voice wanted it so badly. Today I know why… One should always listen to their inner voice, even if it takes 12 years for it to make sense.
The first part is pure theory; the meditation begins in part two. Specifically, I can add quite a bit to the first part, as it is only a small introduction in the video, but there is a little more behind it. Those who are only looking for the meditation can skip the first part. The whole thing is a playlist of, I believe, 8 short videos; the introduction lasts a few minutes, and the whole thing is about an hour. On the New Definition of Man in Part 1
In the theoretical part, I present a new definition of man. This has come about quite incidentally. It is composed of three elements: Boethius, Hildegard of Bingen, and Barbara Ann Brennan.
Brennan discusses in her two well-known books, Light Work and Light Healing, 7 aura bodies; in the second volume, the Hara line and the essence star are added. There are 12 aura bodies as far as I know, but Brennan only describes them as far as she can see herself; the 8th and 9th are briefly mentioned, but it does not go further. The aura functions, very briefly:
1 – the biology 2 – the emotions 3 – the intellect 4 – love 5 – communication 6 – knowledge 7 – connection upwards.
The classical definition of man comes from the 5th century A.D. by Boethius; “Man is an individual substance rationally,” thus an individual thinking substance. With this, Boethius covers more than one might think. Individuality can be connected with the essence star, the substance with the first aura body that is responsible for biology, and the ratio covers quite accurately the function of the 3rd aura, the intellect. What is completely missing in Boethius are the emotions. He probably did not know the aura. But if so many parts of the aura can be connected with the definition of man according to Boethius, and this is still our official definition of man today, is it not logical to assume that the other parts of the aura also belong to the definition of man?
Hildegard of Bingen says of the soul that a part of the soul takes possession of the body. This fits with the inner three aura bodies, as the first aura body is the blueprint from which the cells create the biological body after conception. And the part of the soul with which the soul ascends and feels God fits well with the outer 4 aura bodies that go somewhere after the death of the body… because at the death of every person, the first three aura bodies remain with the biological body; only the outer 4 ascend. Also, people who practice astral travel should know this, as even in astral travel, the inner three aura bodies remain with the biological body, and a silver cord connects them with the outer 4 aura bodies that are currently floating in space or on other planets, wherever the astral journey is supposed to go. And with the eternal fire that life is – the essence star can be described here. It is Brennan who writes that the essence star connects with the divine essence. One can argue about which is closer to God, the essence star or the upper aura bodies, but Hildegard is the foundation on which I designate the entire aura as the soul.
Thus, for me, the aura bodies become the soul bodies, and the aura as a whole becomes the soul, which in turn has several parts. The first three aura or soul bodies that remain at earthly death, the upper four aura or soul bodies that probably exist as long as the soul exists in the form of a human. So they are also finitely in a way, and finally, the eternal essence star, a small sphere in the lower abdomen, presumably the origin of the well-known gut feeling, and not to forget the Hara line that connects more or less everything together.
I connect the essence star then, as I did then and now, with orbs, these ghostly little spheres that appear in photos and of which there are also many videos; just type the term orbs into YouTube. For me, these are souls searching for a new home. Perhaps they are just visiting here or have already left their life here. In the latter case, they would be ghosts, but they must have already completed their life here, as they no longer have the form of their past life. My feeling is more for the first variant. These are souls that want to incarnate here or perhaps must. In any case, this essence star is the eternal aura or the eternal soul.
Sometimes the small things that arise incidentally should not be underestimated. Because with this idea, philosophy (Boethius), theology (Hildegard), and esotericism (Brennan) can be connected. And the result is man and his soul. You are welcome to spread this a bit, because if this could catch on, it would be a scientific breakthrough, and after 1500 years, we could finally replace the good old Boethius.
If I were to try to summarize this similarly to the good old Boethius in one sentence, it could look something like this: Man is energy, biology, and relationship. Here, energy is the basis for the aura, which is the basis of biological functions; biology comes from the relationship to energy; without relationship, there would be no astral travel, no interaction between aura and body, body and spirit, or the organs in the body, and without relationships, we would also become extinct. If one wants it even shorter, one could say man is energy and relationship.
Personal Remarks
I developed the meditation back then based on the books of Barbara Ann Brennan, actually to grasp the learned topic, namely the chakras and the aura, not only intellectually but also spiritually. This must have been around 2012 to 2014. There was also a small meditation group at that time for about a year, with which I did this once a week. That’s why I could recite the text by heart back then. Anyway, there is no template for it. It just comes. At the beginning, we always sang a few songs, hence the guitar. I actually recorded the videos because I felt that this time was coming to an end, and a woman had said how good it did her, so I wanted to provide the opportunity to continue. I almost didn’t do it, but well… the inner voice. By the way, the image and sound do not match; although the video is the same meditation, the sound was so poor that I recorded a pure audio version with a pretty great recording device of a friend, which is the text you hear.
I did not record the songs; the whole thing was also a pretty spiritual mix. The music was from the charismatic renewal; they make their own CDs, and there are plenty on YouTube; you just have to type in charismatic renewal or Hillsong music. Years before the meditation group, I put together a songbook. That was still before the alternative turn in 2009 for a prayer group that only lasted one semester. I believe the title was Fire and Light; I still have it somewhere today. But it is not for sale; it was all private. Back then, I did not know that the Jesuits were so busy with their time travel and people from other planets that they did not believe in their own messages. I think that’s why the prayer group only lasted one semester. The church is led by the Jesuits, or rather it is their church in which we had the prayer group. But even my friend who organized it did not tell me about it. I was responsible for lectures and songs. But for one semester, I would not have created my own songbook. Since I did not know the background back then, I was simply disappointed. Today I know that even if we are surrounded by background powers, and even if the crucifixion is not real, the teachings of Jesus have power. And the spirit is real. Aliens or not. That’s why I have never stopped developing theology. And no one goes into a monastery to work with any extraterrestrials or inner-earth beings; one does not know that beforehand. This also applies to the Jesuits.
I chose a way for the meditation back then that I am not sure I would not turn around today. The meditation goes from the inside out; the essence star with which it all begins is the innermost level and actually the hardest to reach; the Hara line is already easier, and the chakra and aura bodies are usually the first things one sees when dealing with it. But my seeing has always been one with the inner eye; to see, I close my eyes and look inward. In the light of day, I have never had much success with that. With the inner eye, it is indeed much easier, and the essence star is easy to reach because it comes first from the perspective of the self. Because that is your soul, what you actually are. Even if Brennan never dared to call it that. She says essence star because she wants to avoid talking about a soul. Because that reminds too much of religion.
The books of Hildegard belong to the things that were shown to me. In early 2009, when I was first surprised by such alternative news on the internet, I was somewhat confused; my own guardian angels contacted me and told me that it was true, and books lit up on the shelf, and videos on the computer were brighter than the rest of the screen. Among these books was Cosmos and World by Hildegard of Bingen. In chapter 32, I found a description of the flower of life, which later became the structure of the universe; this also fit with Ashajana Deane, whom I found about a year later with Kerry Cassidy. Over time, I came to the coherence method for finding the truth. It was an exciting time. Free energy, extraterrestrials, then this world of the aura; I did not know all of this. Where I found these functions of the soul with Hildegard, I no longer know today, but in the book World and Man.
This is also a connection to my old YouTube channel, which, as always, is called Jesaia 714. Back then, I invented the name. The explanation for the name should also be somewhere on the channel. It is biblically fitting for the theologian I was back then. I started the channel in 2009 to deal with the information that could be found there at that time. Back then, YouTube was our Telegram. The big information from Kerry Cassidy and her Project Camelot or from David Wilcock could still be found there at that time. In fact, much of the alternative scene has its origin on YouTube. And until 2017, there was no censorship on YouTube. Sometimes I fear that I am even responsible for this censorship. Because when I started talking about my discoveries at the university, the first thing my teachers – the Jesuits – asked me was where I got it from. I already thought I had to be careful. I only said very generally, internet, books, YouTube; you can find it. That was in April 2017. Still in the same year, I heard about censorship on YouTube for the first time, and videos on my channel were also censored. Media control and censorship existed, of course, before that. Since World War II, every journalist has been vetted by the CIA before he even gets a job. Unfortunately, I discovered these things only some time later. YouTube was a good source for a long time – until one day YouTube was also controlled. My old playlists are still there, but most videos today are just black fields. Anyone who wants to know what is censored can gladly look at my old playlists; the links still exist. From my own videos, mainly things on the topic of Orthodoxy were deleted, but they were not even uploaded. Anyone who already knows that free energy is one of the most important topics that is censored can also understand that the Orthodox Church is massively disturbed by these people, because there the Holy Spirit is an energy. And that is – as always in Orthodoxy – the older teaching – formulated even before the first council of Basil of Caesarea – the person of the spirit came later. More on this in my Ramadan article, which actually became an article on the Holy Spirit. The current struggle against Russia certainly has its beginnings somewhere in antiquity, but the current round began in 2014 on the Maidan.
Chakras, aura, and ether all have to do with the topic of energy, but our Deep State people do not think that far. Because there is no connection between the chakras of the aura and the Holy Spirit because a deep wedge has been driven between esotericism and faith. And yet, it is exactly that. With our chakras of the aura and the Kundalini that springs from the soul, we make contact with the Holy Spirit, with divine energy. That belongs together.
