About this video

The World Frequency Day is a synchronized global moment that is celebrated annually on November 11 (11/11) at 11:11 AM
local time.
Across time zones, cultures, and communities, people pause together – to listen, reflect, and reconnect. Through sound,
silence, and presence, we create a moment of alignment in a fast-moving world.
At a time when mental health is under pressure worldwide, World Frequency Day raises awareness and mobilizes action around
welfare and emotional well-being – especially for underserved youth who lack access to regulatory tools.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT NOW
We are more connected than ever – and yet increasingly separated from
each other.
Across communities worldwide:

  • Stressful emotional overwhelm
  • Attention fragmentation
  • Spaces for silence and reflection are disappearing
At the same time, access to tools that support emotional well-being is not
    evenly distributed.
    Specifically for underserved youth.
World Frequency Day raises awareness, community engagement, and
donation support for initiatives focused on the emotional well-being of young people.

OUR BELIEF
Everything is frequency.
From the heartbeat to brainwaves
From music to memory
From breath to emotion
The frequency shapes how we feel, connect, and experience the world.
When we learn to tune ourselves, we create more clarity, balance,
and connection.

OUR MISSION
Supporting the next generation.
The Frequency School supports underserved youth with
tools for emotional regulation and well-being.
Through sound, mindfulness, and accessible wellness practices,
we offer:
Tools for regulating the nervous system
Practices for emotional awareness
Experiences that build connection and resilience
Tools we wished existed when we were in school.
